We use a two-and-a-half storey stacked-townhouse design with timeless traditional architecture - a form that fits gently into the existing scale and character of the neighbourhood. With a variety of thoughtful floor plans, we hope to foster an intergenerational mix of first-time homebuyers, young families, working professionals, and seniors - providing housing options that don’t exist in the neighborhood for families who want to live a happier, healthier, car-free lifestyle.
